Simple Dot One Electric Scooter: Details
As per the official details, the new e-scooter from Simple will be an affordable version of the Simple One. Its design will be more or less the same as the One e-scooter. But the major difference will be in terms of battery capacity & features. The upcoming e-scooter will use a smaller 3.7-kWh battery pack. This battery pack will have an IDC-claimed maximum riding range of 160 km. Also, it might miss out on a few features that the One scooter gets.
Mind you, Simple Energy has consistently received questions & doubts from buyers. Only a handful of Simple One e-scooters have been delivered. Despite having a backlog of pending deliveries, the new reports are suggesting that Simple is asking customers to withdraw their bookings. However, this image might change if Simple launches this affordable e-scooter. It is said that this new e-scooter will be priced below Rs 1 lakh. Its main rivals will be the Ather 450S & the Ola S1 X.
