Two New Ather Electric Scooters Launch Confirmed By 2024 - Details

New Ather Electric Scooters: What To Expect?

Not long ago, a test mule with a new body design was spotted testing in Bangalore. Later on, it was identified as an upcoming Ather e-scooter. Now, Mr. Tarun Mehta, CEO, Ather Energy, has officially confirmed the new models on social media. Primarily there'll be a new scooter that will fill the gap between the 450X & the low-budget rivals. As per online reports, it is going to be a family scooter with a more conventional design like ICE scooters. Its main aim will be to offer comfort and a more conventional design so that regular buyers also get attracted to it. Considering the fact that the TVS iQube is doing pretty good in sales with such a design philosophy; Ather is also ready to enter this market.

There are not many details available about this scooter but we suspect that it'll get a similar battery setup as the 450X. Also, the features list on it might be as detailed as the 450X but with different usage purposes. The second scooter will be a 450X itself but with more performance. The current model has a top speed of 90 kmph. Also, it has the quickest 0-40 kmph acceleration in its segment. Perhaps, a new model with more performance will attract buyers who want more thrill out of it.
