To roll out this initiative, Suzuki Motorcycle India has partnered with Royal Brothers to offer flexible rental and subscription plans for the Suzuki e-Access. The service is currently live in seven cities: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Visakhapatnam, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur and Gurugram, with a wider expansion expected in the coming months. Through the Royal Brothers platform, customers can rent the e-Access for as little as 24 hours or opt for a subscription period extending up to 12 months. This flexible structure makes it suitable for a variety of users, from those who need a short-term electric ride to those looking for a longer-term mobility solution without the financial commitment and responsibilities of outright ownership.
Why This Matters?
The Suzuki e-Access is among Suzuki's first mass-market electric two-wheelers in the country. It is powered by a 4.1 kW motor and offers a claimed range of around 95 km on a full charge. Priced at approximately Rs 1.88 lakh (ex-showroom), the e-Access sits in the premium electric scooter segment. With the new rental and subscription options in place, customers no longer need to commit to this upfront cost immediately. Instead, they can experience the scooter in real-world conditions and assess whether electric mobility truly fits their daily commute and lifestyle before making a purchase decision.
