The design language of the Suzuki Intruder BS6 is not only distinctive and bold but in addition to this, also gives a massive road presence to the bike, The large panels and the headlamps give it an aggressive stance while the rear profile remains a little subtle to equalise the overall looks. Engine, Gearbox, and Performance
The Suzuki Intruder BS6 is powered by a 155 cc engine that churns out 13.6 ps while the max torque figures put up by this engine stand at 13.8 Nm. A 5-speed manual transmission comes mated to this engine as standard. With a kerb weight of the bike being at around 152 kg, the power to weight ratio is decent and the performance output is at par with its rivals. The overall refinement levels of this motor are impressive and the fuel economy figures stand at around 45 kmpl under mixed usage.

Ride, Handling, and Features
The Intruder scores high in terms overall agility, sporty dynamics and overall high-speed stability. The Intruder is underpinned by the similar chassis which is also present on the Gixxer which helps the bike deliver a decent performance. The suspension is set on the stiffer side which results in a planted and a stable highspeed handling while at the slow speeds, we would have appreciated a softer and comfortable ride quality. The tyres offer decent grip and in all, the Intruder offers a great ride and handling balance.

Apart from this, the bike comes with a smart digital instrument console in addition to the exclusive Intruder headlamp design. The bike also gets LED tail lamps, twin exhaust and fuel injection to further boost the overall capabilities.

The Suzuki Intruder directly competes against bikes such as the Bajaj Avenger and the Royal Enfield Thunderbird and is priced at Rs 1.22 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi)
