Ride-By-Wire Throttle

Cruise Control
Hero has played it bold in terms of feature offering in the new Glamour. The brand has given Cruise Control in the Glamour X, making it the first 125cc motorcycle to come with this feature. The cruise control will help riders on highways and offer comfort. However, the cruise control is available in the disc brake version of the motorcycle, which is priced at Rs 99,999 (ex-showroom).
Panic Brake Alert
Another segment's first feature in the new Glamour X is the Panic brake alert. In case of an emergency braking or panic braking, the turn signals start blinking, which helps fellow road users to alert. The panic brake alert enhances the safety features of the motorcycle. This feature is also limited to the top spec version.

Hero MotoCorp has equipped the Glamour X with several segment-first and new features, making it one of the most feature-loaded commuter motorcycles. However, it misses out on a crucial feature, ABS. The availability of ABS would have made it both safer and more complete. The brand has set the starting price at Rs 89,999 (ex-showroom), which is likely to attract a good number of customers.
