Back in 2018, with the launch of the sporty Ntorq 125, the brand popularised this category in India. Today, most major manufacturers are entering the sporty scooter segment. TVS NTorq 150 Teased
TVS Motor Company plans to expand the sporty scooter segment with the launch of the 150cc scooter on September 1. Moreover, this will be the eldest scooter in the family, following the NTorq DNA. The brand has recently shared a teaser revealing the headlamp design. Looking at the teaser, we can make out that the scooter carries the sporty DNA of the NTorq family. It seems to have twin LED headlights setup divided by some T-shaped DRLs. Meanwhile, the TVS Ronin carries the same T-shaped design with headlamps. However, apart from this, all the rest of the details remain under wraps.
What Else Can We Expect?
The details for the powertrain have not been revealed yet, but it is expected to be powered by a new 150cc engine, or they might retune the same 125cc engine for better performance. Meanwhile, this scooter is expected to ride on 14-inch alloy wheels as seen with the Aerox 155, SR 175 and Xoom 125. Following the trend, it might get a TFT cluster along with connectivity features such as turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS alert, music control and real-time updates, etc.
