Avera Vincero Latest Update
Last Updated on 24th Nov'23: As of the latest update, the Avera Vincero is the second electric scooter introduced by the Vijayawada-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer, Avera. Following the launch of its initial product, the Retrosa, the Vincero maintains a retro-themed design while providing improved performance. This enhancement is attributed to a higher-rated battery and electric motor compared to the Retrosa.
Avera Vincero Design and features: Inspired by the old-school scooters from the previous-generation era, the Avera Vincero has a retro-themed design. The wide-looking handlebar cowl houses a compact hexagonal all-LED headlamp within it, which gets chrome surrounds for an authentic old-school look. The sleek-looking front apron of the Vincero has slim-shaped LED turn indicators on the edges.Adding more bling to the Avera Vincero is the wraparound chrome garnish, which is present on the edges of the front apron, and extends towards the rear through the side body panels and floorboard. The body panels below the seat also feature boomerang-themed chrome garnish, with the Vincero having a split floorboard design. The scooter comes with black-themed wheels. The curvy side body panels of the Avera Vincero have a chrome pillion grab rail and a tail lamp cluster at the back, the latter of which has an LED tail lamp and clear lens turn indicators. The scooter also features a nice-looking tan-coloured seat for an old-school feel. What’s not old-school in the Avera Vincero is its fully-digital instrument console, which sits behind the headlamp on the handlebar cowl. It offers a decent amount of information, such as vehicle speed, remaining range and battery level. The rearview mirrors mounted on the handlebar cowl of the scooter are body-coloured, while the 12-inch wheels come wrapped with 90/90-12 tubeless tyres.
Avera Vincero Colours:There are three colour options in which the Avera Vincero is being offered in the Indian two-wheeler market – white, red and mint green. The exclusivity of the mint green colour option is enhanced by the tan-coloured seat and yellow-coloured inner body panels.
Avera Vincero Battery and Motor:Powering the Avera Vincero is a 3 kW hub-mounted electric motor, which it shares with the Retrosa. Here also, the electric motor is powerful enough to enable the scooter to reach a top speed of 72 kmph. However, it gets a bigger 4.1 kWh battery pack, which claims a longer riding range of 165 km. The charging time of this larger battery pack is 3-4 hours using a standard charger and 1-2 hours using a fast AC charger.
Avera Vincero Rivals:Priced at Rs 1.28 lakh, the Avera Vincero competes with other premium electric scooters like Ola S1 Pro, Ather 450X and TVS iQube ST.
