It gives you the confidence to take the Himalayan 450 anywhere worry-free. This motorcycle is fully capable. It is loaded with features and looks great. It's India's best budget-friendly adventure motorcycle.
- The new Himalayan has an improved steel twin-spar frame. It boosts strength and rigidity. But, it also shrinks the width between the legs for comfort. At the front are notable features. These include a raised front fender, upside-down (USD) front forks, circular mirrors, LED headlights, and LED turn signals.
- On the sides, big changes include a new fuel tank and updated front racks. A new seat and a redone rear fender are also key parts of the motorcycle. The whole bike has been redesigned to improve its ergonomics. This has cut its weight by 3 kilograms compared to the current Himalayan model.

It has an Off-road mode for turning off the rear wheel ABS. It also has a side-stand cut-off switch. Additionally, the motorcycle is equipped with Ride-by-wire technology that includes four riding modes.
- The bike's hardware includes Showa 43 mm upside-down (USD) front forks. It also has a mono-shock absorber at the rear. It rides on dual-sport 21-inch front and 17-inch rear tires with spoke rims. The brand is testing tubeless spoke rims for the future.
- Braking duties are managed by a 320 mm front disc and a 270 mm rear disc, both supported by dual-channel ABS. An interesting feature on the hardware front is the adjustable rider seat. It comes with a standard height of 825 mm and can be adjusted up to 845mm.

With a new colour, there are few tweaks on the design front as well, which has taken the cost of this edition up to Rs.3.37 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 may soon get a Rally Kit, as a test mule with upgraded exhaust, rally graphics, raised rear, and off-road-focused tweaks was spotted. Likely offered as an accessory, it could be lighter and more capable off-road, while retaining the same 452cc engine and core hardware.
The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 has received a price hike of up to Rs. 16,000, now starting at Rs. 2.85 lakh. It continues with the same 452cc engine, TFT display, and off-road hardware, and competes with rivals like the KTM 390 Adventure and BMW G 310 GS.
