Royal Enfield Bullet 650

This is a powerful new avatar of the iconic motorcycle that has been in continuous production since 1932. Powered by the 650cc parallel-twin engine, the Bullet 650 carries forward its classic design elements, including hand-painted pinstripes, signature tiger lamps, and upright stance. Built on a steel tubular frame, it combines British heritage with Indian craftsmanship. Royal Enfield calls it "old school forever," paying tribute to its roots while enhancing performance.

Classic 650 - 125th Anniversary Special Edition

Royal Enfield

This is a limited-edition tribute to 125 years of Royal Enfield's legacy. It features a unique "hypershift" paint that changes between red and gold shades depending on the light and angle. The iconic teardrop tank bears a special 125 Years crest in gold. It blends the timeless Classic silhouette with a celebratory aesthetic symbolising tradition and evolution. This edition showcases the brand's craftsmanship, elegance, and historical pride.

Himalayan Mana Black Edition

Inspired by the rugged and high-altitude Mana Pass, this edition brings a tougher, darker, and purpose-built avatar of the Himalayan. It features a stealth black finish with matte details and comes factory-equipped with exclusive off-road accessories. These include Black Rally handguards, Rally seat, mudguard, and tubeless spoked wheels. Built for adventure seekers, it embodies minimalism, durability, and raw exploration.

Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Limited Edition

Shotgun

A bespoke collaboration with Rough Crafts, this motorcycle is a limited-edition design statement. It features a black-and-gold theme with real gold leaf accents, solid brass tank badge, quilted leather seats, and gold front fork tubes. Inspired by the Caliber Royale custom build, it brings luxury craftsmanship to a factory motorcycle. Only 100 units will be available globally, each with a signed art print by Rough Crafts.

Flying Flea FF.S6 Electric Scrambler

Royal Enfield

The FF.S6 is Flying Flea's new scrambler-style electric motorcycle, built for urban+adventure riding. Rooted in the original lightweight Flying Flea DNA, it blends agility, EV technology, and off-road ability. It features a high-torque electric motor, USD forks, chain drive, 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels. Designed for city streets and light trails, it marks Royal Enfield's future-ready step in electric mobility.

Meanwhile, Royal Enfield has confirmed that the first dedicated electric model under Flying Flea - the C6 - is slated for launch in Q4 2026, with the S6 positioned as one of the early models following it. The sub-brand remains part of Royal Enfields core strategy (not yet a separate business entity), and the firm is considering how to integrate EV retail strategy within its existing network.

Verdict

Royal Enfields presence at EICMA 2025 shows a clear mix of heritage and future direction. The lineup ranges from traditional models like the Bullet 650 to limited editions and concept bikes, covering different types of riders. The shift toward electric mobility with the Flying Flea FF.S6 and the planned C6 electric motorcycle by 2026 indicates that the brand is preparing for changing market needs. While the designs stay close to Royal Enfield's classic identity, the company is also exploring new technologies and formats. Overall, it's a thoughtful update rather than a radical transformation.
