Kudos to the people at Jawa-Yezdi for not hiking the price despite offering more. In this trio, the most affordable off-road bike is still the Yezdi Adventure, followed by the Himalayan and the 390. It also has the smallest engine on offer, of 334 cc engine, which we'll discuss below. Additionally, the most expensive paint option in Yezdi costs Rs 2.26 lakh, in Himalayan Rs 2.98 lakh, and KTM is available in just 2 paint schemes at similar prices.

The number says all - if you want the most powerful off-road motorcycle from this lot, the Adventure X will surely satiate you, whereas the Yezdi bike falls short on all key parameters. However, considering the Rs 70,000 plus price difference, the Yezdi stats are acceptable. Moreover, the 2025 updated model continues to use the same liquid-cooled 334 cc engine from last year. Even Adventure X is carrying the very popular LC4, also used in 390 Duke. The same story is followed in the Himalayan as its 452 cc single-cylinder Sherpa engine is very popular.

Design

Yezdi Adventure has received a subtle yet impactful facelift this year, and the biggest change is the twin headlight setup, where the smaller secondary unit appears to be projector-based. Below it, Yezdi has given it a more aggressive look with the addition of a fender that is quite upright and also gets a blacked-out treatment. A newly added thing here is the all-new white-coloured bash plate. In the previous model, this plate was available in just one plain black colour. The last major change here is the new twin-barrel-shaped tail lights, which seriously look cool.

To add more, it is available in six bold colours, all of which elevates its character. In comparison, the KTM 390 Adventure X has a more modern vibe, thanks to the orange, white and black combination, and its LED projector setup features a very bold design. Young riders will be easily attracted to it, and it is available in two colour choices.

Talking about the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, this ADV bike has its own distinguished charisma. It looks the most mature, with the tallest and longest stance in the segment. With a 1,510 mm wheelbase and 230 mm ground clearance, handling it isn't child's play, and a person of height less than 5:9 can't sit on it, with feet down. So, if you want the most macho-looking bike - this is it. Lastly, there are five colour options to choose from, each offering a completely different theme.

In terms of features, the KTM is the most loaded, as it gets every modern feature one would expect from a bike at this price point. It also features the largest display among the three, with crystal-clear graphics and an easy-to-use interface. The Himalayan's 4-inch screen, shaped in a circular design, matches the bike's overall aesthetics. Plus, when full map navigation is turned on, it looks cool on it. It also offers several useful features. Lastly, the Yezdi is the only bike here that doesn't offer a TFT display, which means riders still dont have the option of navigation - something that could have been added with the 2025 facelift.

Verdict
If you've read this far, you already know the verdict - the Yezdi can't really stand up to these two ballers. However, the price factor puts things into perspective. The Yezdi Adventure is almost Rs 75,000 cheaper than the other two, and thats a significant difference. Still, Yezdi missed an opportunity here, as they clearly had the chance to make this facelift a standout. If you're willing to stretch your budget, the Himalayan 450 is the one that'll truly win you over.
