Tata Sierra

Last Updated on 17th Nov'25 Design: Tata Sierra is a completely fresh product from Tata, featuring a brand-new design language that doesn’t resemble anything else in the company’s lineup. It’s boxy, wide, and full of character. The front end looks striking with a black panel that houses the connected LED DRLs, headlamps, and the Tata logo.
From the sides, it carries subtle design cues from the original Sierra, mainly to honour its legacy. The 235/55 R19 tyres paired with aero-style alloy wheels look especially appealing. At the rear, the boxy styling is at its best - completely flat, clean, and dominated by a long, sleek LED tail-light that stretches across the width.The Sierra will be available in five colour options: red, yellow, silver, grey, and green. Overall, its design is sure to stand out and is likely to attract strong sales numbers.
Features: The Sierra comes loaded with modern technology, including an augmented-reality head-up display for intuitive navigation and driver alerts, along with a premium 12-speaker JBL sound system tuned with Dolby Atmos for an immersive in-cabin experience. It also packs Level-2 ADAS, a 360 camera, ventilated front seats, dual-zone climate control, large panoramic sunroof and an electric tail-gate. All of this clearly indicates that Tata is positioning the Sierra well above most rivals in terms of tech and overall cabin experience. 
Powertrain: The Sierra will be offered with multiple powertrain options, starting with a new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine expected to produce around 170 hp and 280 Nm. There will also be a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol variant for buyers seeking a more accessible entry point. Additionally, Tata will offer a 1.5-litre diesel engine, similar to the one used in the Curvv and Nexon, delivering roughly 118 hp and 260 Nm. 
Expected Price: This car is expected to be priced somewhere between Rs 12 lakh and Rs 13 lakh, considering it will be positioned below the Tata Harrier, which starts at Rs 14 lakh (ex-showroom).
