MG ZS EV was the first electric SUV from the MG in INDIA. It is based on the sibling Astor with the same design language and proportions. The MG ZS EV comes in a single battery pack with four variants on offer. According to us, we recommend choosing either the Exclusive or the Exclusive PRO variant. The base variant doesn't offer features like a panoramic sunroof or electric adjustable seats for the driver and now also skips a leather wrapped steering wheel for a PU unit.The top variant includes active safety features like ADAS LEVEL 2 for safer driving.

There Is No Diesel Engine On Offer Since It Is A Complete Batttery Operated Vehicle . You Have To Charge The Battery Every Twice Or Thrice Day And It Has A Certain Range It Can Travel

The ZS EV is due for a facelift and it is expected to be launched by the end of this year. Moreover, MG Motor India has showcased the MG ZS HEV at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo and the ZS HEV boasts a tweaked design that is expected to come in India as the Astor Facelift
The electrified version of the MG Astor is a compact electric SUV that starts at Rs 18.89 lakh and goes up to Rs 25.43 lakh. The 50.3 kWh battery pack produces 176 PS and 280 Nm of torque, and MG claims a range of 461 km. Popular features like a panoramic sunroof, touchscreen infotainment, and ADAS Level 2 are included. With its unique pricing, it doesn’t have a direct competitor in the market.
