Hyundai teased the new Kona facelift a few weeks ago and it really impressed us. The design has got a major overhaul and the front profile sport the biggest change. There are three-ducts given below the hood which aren't actual air intakes. The N-Line gets an all-black grille which is flanked with LED headlights. The LED DRLs still sit on the top and gets a new LED pattern this time. The main LED headlight now gets three LED projector units. The N-Line trim also gets body-coloured wheel cladding which is the normal car will be black.

Moving to the rear profile, we have tweaked LED taillights and reworked rear bumper. The main taillights have a similar three-pot design which looks very cool. The N-Line gets a chunkier bumper with faux diffuser and twin exhaust pipes. The body-coloured cladding makes the Kona look much better than the older car.

Moving to the interiors, there are some good amount of visible changes. The Kona now feels bigger than before - thanks to the added 40mm length. The added length increases the rear legroom as well as the boot storage capacity. The dashboard of the new Kona gets an improved layout and the freestanding touchscreen, in top strims, now measures 10.25 inches. Not only that, but the digital driver's display also measures 10.25-inch and has been carried over from the new i20. The Kona N-Line gets all-black interior with red stitching on the seats, gear lever and steering.
