Ampere Magnus G Launched At Rs 1.10 Lakh, Gets New Features & Colour Option
Ampere, the electric two-wheeler brand of Greaves Electric Mobility Limited, has launched the 2026 Magnus G Max with enhanced features and a new colour option. The new Ampere Magnus G Max has been launched at Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom) and now comes with 30+ IoT-enabled features and other connected features, making the scooter more feature-loaded and rider-friendly. The 2026 Magnus G Max also introduces a new Cinnamon Copper colour option. The brand has not made any changes to the specifications or hardware. 2026 Ampere Magnus G Max

The Ampere Magnus G Max now includes cruise control, turn-by-turn navigation, Find My Scooter, Ping My Scooter, hill hold, and other rider-friendly features. The brand has integrated 30+ IoT-enabled features to enhance its competitiveness in the segment. Additionally, it gets a new 5-inch PMVA digital cluster that easily connects with a smartphone and offers multiple connected features. The connected ecosystem also includes real-time charging status, live tracking, geofencing, theft and tow alerts, remote vehicle diagnostics, service booking, charging history, and battery health insights.

On the specification front, the Magnus G Max continues to draw power from a 3 kWh LFP battery that offers a claimed range of 142 km on a single charge. The brand claims that the real-world range of the scooter is 100 km on a single charge, with a top speed of 65 kmph. The scooter offers a peak motor output of 2.4 kW and 130 Nm of torque at the wheel. The hardware of the electric scooter comprises 12-inch wheels, a telescopic front fork, and dual rear spring shock absorbers. Braking duties are handled by front and rear drum brakes. For storage, it offers an under-seat storage capacity of 33 litres.
The brand claims the scooter's battery life is 2 lakh km, and the official battery warranty is 5 years/75,000 km.
