The company will soon release an auto-reply capability for its electric scooters in accordance to offer a better use experience to the riders. When rejecting calls from the dashboard, this functionality will allow riders to immediately reply to callers with the message that they are currently riding.

Ather App
The brand is currently working on its mobile applications as well called the Ather App. The brand has released a new update to the Ather App (8.0.0) on Android and iOS. With newly introduced Ride Stories now riders can track their rides and make more use of the ride statistics. Ride Stories puts the ride trends from the past week front and center, with a lot more details such as highlights and information about trips.
Customers can easily scroll down on the home page to find "Ride Insights," where they may swipe to view their top speed over the previous seven days, their greatest warp distance, their overall distance travelled, and their fuel savings. Riders can also touch "See all rides," which offers comprehensive details on every ride.
Additionally, users can now directly obtain information about Ather's repair and maintenance activities using the Ather App. Follow the progress of your service appointment and receive timely updates. When the service on the scooter is finished, Ather will even let the customer know. By delivering pre-loaded maps with home and work routes that users can easily send to the scooter without the need for extra searches, the brand has also improved our maps and navigation.

Ather Neighborhood Chargers
Ather Community Day '23 saw the introduction of Ather Neighbourhood Chargers after thorough testing in several places throughout Bangalore. With this update, residents in the beta test sites who possess Ather devices can use the Ather App to scan and begin a charging session. Other EV owners can start a charging session at Ather Grid stations and Ather Neighbourhood Chargers using the Ather Grid app.
