Benelli 502C Launched in India - Check Out The Price Of Kawasaki Vulcan S Rival

Benelli India has today finally launched the brand new Benelli 502C cruiser motorcycle in the country. The new Benelli 502C is Benelli India's first big launch of this year. Also, it is an all-new motorcycle from the house of this Italian two-wheeler manufacturer for the Indian market after a long time. The price of the new Benelli 502C has been today revealed in India. In this article, we have shared all the details about this new cruiser motorcycle.

Benelli 502C Price, Variants and Rivals

The price of the all-new Benelli 502C BS6 starts in India at Rs 4.98 lakhs, Ex-showroom pan-India. This affordable twin-cylinder cruiser motorcycle has been launched in the country in a single fully feature-loaded variant but in two colour shades. They are - Matte Black and Purple shade. It doesn't have any direct rivals in India. However, indirectly, it rivals the likes of Kawasaki Vulcan S, Benelli's own Leoncino 500 and also the Royal Enfield 650 Twins.

Benelli 502C Specs

The new Benelli 502C is powered by a BS6 compliant 500cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, in-line twin-cylinder engine. This twin-cylinder motor churns out 47.5 PS of maximum power at 8500 RPM and 46 Nm of peak torque at 6000 RPM. The engine comes mated to a six-speed manual gearbox. This is the same powerplant that does its duty in some other Benelli motorcycles too like the Benelli TRK 502, TRK 502X and Leoncino 500. The new Benelli 502C gets an all-digital instrument cluster loaded with a ton of information.

The suspension duties on the Benelli 502C Urban Cruiser are performed by USD forks at the front and it gets a mono-shock absorber at the rear. For braking duties, it gets dual discs at the front and a single disc at the rear along with dual-channel ABS as standard. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch radial tubeless tyres. The front tyre of the motorcycle measures 120/70-R17 while its rear one is a 160/60-R17 unit and it gets multi-spoke alloy wheels.

Bookings and Warranty

The bookings for the new Benelli 502C cruiser motorcycle are already open in India and one can book it by paying a token amount of Rs 10,000. Benelli is also offering 3 years and unlimited kilometres warranty on the new 502C just like all other Benelli motorcycles sold in India.
