Honda 'Smart Workshop' App: Feature Highlights

How can customers track work progress? Once your vehicle arrives at the service centre, you'll receive an SMS with a tracking link, giving you instant access to updates on the work progress. Customers will be able to know at which stage the work has reached.

Besides the Real-time Tracking feature, the app offers a Queue Management System that enables customers to view the queue during busy hours.

Additionally, it includes SMS Link-Based Feedback Collection, an online payment system, digital job cards, and generating online invoices for the services.

Honda 'Smart Workshop' App: Currently Available In Selective Cities

At all the official service centres, Honda is also working to introduce this Smart Workshop Mobile App by the end of next year. They're rolling it out gradually, starting from major cities like Hyderabad, Jaipur, Pune, and Mumbai.

It seems like a new model will soon make its entry into the Indian market, considering that the design for the 2024 Honda Africa Twin has recently been patented.

They've made changes under the hood. It now produces 112 Nm of torque, which means it has more pulling power, especially at lower speeds, thanks to the ECU tuning.
