Hyundai Announces Dealership Preparedness to Fight COVID-19

In these unprecedented times, everyone is practising social distancing and maintaining required hygiene to fight COVID-19. The automobile industry is witnessing huge losses every day due to the lockdown and no production at manufacturing sites. There has been some relief given from the end of the government and certain dealerships and service stations of safer areas can be opened. Hyundai has taken various measures and launched Dealership Preparedness to ensure the dealership employees' and customer's safety.

Hyundai has announced 'Dealership Preparedness' initiative which includes sanitization of test car and display car, customer and lounge & washrooms sanitization, delivery process of New car & Serviced car, Contactless Demonstration and servicing. If the customer books a test drive, the test car will be thoroughly sanitized and cleaned before the test drive.

Hyundai India will also dispatch 6.8 lakh masks (3-Ply, N-90 & N-95) as well as 20,000 half litre and 1.5 lakh 100 ml cases of Sanitizers for consumers, sales, service and backend staff for their own and others safety. All the customers and employees will undergo thermal screening regularly. Hyundai was also one of the first OEM in India to promote online car booking and sales for mass segment cars. The buyer can book and purchase its car online and the car will be delivered to the doorstep from the desired dealership.

The similar social distancing can be practised if you want to get your car serviced as well. Just book your appointment and fill your address details with a pickup time. The employee of Hyundai's nearest dealership will come and take your car, get it serviced, get it sanitised and deliver at your doorstep. The payment can be completed online with various online payment methods.
