Mercedes Benz is the only luxury car manufacturer present at the 2020 Auto Expo and they have showcased a handful of cars at the event. The Gran Coupe which is known to be the fastest 4 door sedan in the world has also been showcased and even launched at the event. The Mercedes AMG GT63 4 Door has been launched at a whopping price of Rs 2.42 Crores.
As it is the most powerful AMG ever produced, let's talk about the engine first. Powering this beast is a 4.0-litre Biturbo V8 churning out 639 hp and 900 Nm of torque. The engine is paired to 9-speed MCT speedshift with the Race start. It can shove you from 0-100 Km/h in just 3.2 seconds with the help of the advanced 4-Matic all-wheel-drive system.
In the international markets, It competes with cars like Audi RS7 and BMW M8 Gran Coupe. BMW is yet to launch the 8 series range and Audi hasn't launched the next-gen RS7 either. Talking about the design of the Mercedes AMG GT63 4 Door, the front is dominated by the big 3-pointed star logo and AMG Panamericana grille.
The LED headlights get single torch of DRL unlike the whole series of the Mercedes with a different number of LED torches. The sloping roofline accentuates its aerodynamics ability and the electronically adjustable boot lid spoiler looks subtle. The rear profile gets airflow ports and quad exhausts.

Moving to the interiors, the centre of the dashboard has been taken over by two 12.3-inch screens, one of which is the latest MBUX touchscreen while the other one is reserved for the driver to get the perfect lap times and gearshifts. The touch-sensitive mode selectors and various other safety assist features placed in the centre tunnel at the front looks futuristic.

The whole cabin is wrapped in rich and sumptuous leather but what you pay for a car which holds the record of the world's fastest 4-door sedan can't be judged by the opulence of its interiors.
