MG ZS EV Starts At A Price Of Rs 19.88 Lakh; Special Discount For Early Buds!

The much-awaited electric SUV from MG Motor, ZS EV, has been launched at an introductory price of Rs 19.88 lakh. The British manufacturer has kept the price very competitive and thus giving an edge to Hyundai Kona. This is the "Excite" trim whereas the MG ZS EV "Exclusive" carries a sticker price of Rs 22.58 lakh. However, these prices were for the first set of customers who had booked the car on or before 17th Jan.

For those who want to book the electric SUV now then they have to shell out a lakh premium over the previous offer. MG Motor had announced special pricing for the potential buyers who booked the electric SUV before. But we feel that even with the 'increased' pricing, it offers excellent value for money over its chief rival, the Kona. Do note that India's third e-SUV, the Nexon EV will be launched on the 28th and is expected to carry an ex-showroom price of less than Rs 15 lakh.

The car comes in two trims - Excite and Exclusive. As we said above, the latter sees a price of Rs 22.58 lakh for the early buds and for the new customers, the price sticks to Rs 23.58 lakh. All prices stick to ex-showroom, Delhi. With its launch, MG Motor India is also providing e-shield to the customers. This means they provide with 5 year and unlimited warranty, 5 years roadside assistance, 5 years labour free service and lastly, 5-way charging infrastructure.
