    Battery, Range and Charging

    Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6

The Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 is expected to feature a 3.91 kWh battery pack, delivering a claimed IDC range of 150 km on a single charge. Royal Enfield seems to have put emphasis on stable performance, better efficiency and cooling rather than offering a larger battery. This efficient setup of a smaller battery and city-friendly range gives the motorcycle an edge over its rivals, making it a strong contender for daily use. Moreover, it comes equipped with an onboard charger fast top-up, with this the battery can get 20 to 80 percent in 65 minutes.

    Flying Flea C6: Performance

Powering the Motorcycle is a 15.4kW permanent magnet synchronous motor, providing brisk acceleration. With this motor the motorcycle can touch 60 kmpl from standstill in just under four seconds. While these figures appear promising, the bike is tuned to deliver a familiar and engaging riding experience. To give you a frame of reference about the performance of the Flying Flea C6, it is going to offer you similar output to a 125cc-150cc petrol motorcycle.

    Hardware and Design

    Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6

One of the noticeable elements about the Flying Flea C6 is its distinctive design. It features a girder-style front suspension, a rare sight in modern motorcycles paired with a rear monoshock setup. Along with that it also gets disc brakes on both ends with dual-channel ABS, ensuring strong and confident braking.

Moreover, another highlight is the belt drive system, which replaces the traditional chain setup. The belt setup not only reduces the maintenance but also promises a smoother and quieter riding experience, something that is a sign of an electric powertrain.

    Feature-Rich Package

Royal Enfield has not held back on the feature front with their first electric offering, the motorcycle is expected to come equipped with multiple features such as:

Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 Wireless Charging
Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 Wireless Charging
    Multiple ride modes
    Built-in navigation
    Smartphone connectivity
    Cruise Control
    Traction Control
    Wireless Charging Support

These features are not commonly seen in this segment. With this inclusive set of features Royal Enfield has offered enhanced convenience and better engagement with their first electric motorcycle. Beside that customization is another highlight, with an Individual ride mode, that help riders to make adjustments to throttle response, traction control levels, and ABS intervention.

    Market Positioning

Royal Enfield will likely price the Flying Flea C6 between Rs 2 lakh and Rs 3 lakh (ex-showroom), positioning it in the premium electric two-wheeler category. However, instead of competing with high-performance EVs, Royal Enfield seems to be targeting riders who want a seamless transition from petrol to electric.

    Verdict

The Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 takes a sensible rather than aggressive leap into electric mobility. It prioritizes familiarity, refinement, and everyday usability over outright performance. While enthusiasts may crave more thrill, this balanced approach could appeal strongly to urban riders seeking a smooth, low-maintenance transition from petrol motorcycles.
