Within the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, you'll find a 4.2-inch TFT colour display known as the digital multi- information display (MID). 	<li>Kia Carens Clavis is a facelift to Carens, but the overall design of it fools us into thinking that it is a brand-new vehicle. As several small details all add up to elevate its charmness, and definitely, the way it looks is going to be a huge differentiator in sales figures.</li>
	<li>The front end now gets a Kia digital tiger face with diamond finish decor, which gives it a very rich and neat look. Also, the bumper features silver skid plates that add a touch of elegance. A very unique element that makes this fascia good-looking is that small chrome strip in the middle, which is quite minimalistic but has an overall great impact.</li>
	<li>Now, the all-new inverted L-shaped LED DRLs, plus three ice-cube LED headlamps, appear futuristic and align with Kia&#39;s bigger models like the EV3 and EV6.</li>

	<li>Here too - the engine options are the same - 1.5L Naturally aspirated petrol, 1.5L turbo petrol and 1.5L diesel. For normal city commutes the 1.5L naturally aspirated is great, for highway travel it feels little lethargic as Carens is a huge car.</li>
	<li>For long journeys both 1.5L turbo and 1.5L diesel makes more sense, as they have great power on offer and the diesel one will provide great fuel efficiency.</li>
	<li>Gearbox options include 6MT, 6iMT, 6AT, and 7-DCT. Another great thing Kia has done this time is offer a 6-speed manual with the 1.5L turbo petrol, which was previously available only with the 7-DCT.</li>

Kia’s new-age design philosophy features a clean front end that aligns with several of their high-end EVs. The Carens Clavis too has a very neat face, with a diamond finish decor below the Kia badging, which makes it a very elegant car.

The Kia Carens Clavis incorporates newly designed 17 Inch Crystal Cut Dual Alloy Wheels - which align with the designs we have seen in the flagship Kia EV9. These appear fantastic and perfectly fit for the size of this vehicle.

Connected LED tail-lamps look super elegant on the Carens Clavis, and the overall look of the tail-lights has changed and has become angular. The previous model too had connected tail-lights, but that was just a reflector - this is a full-blown LED bar. 

Panoramic sunroof finally makes it to the Kia Carens. This was a common feedback Kia received from its customers - that they missed a large sunroof in the Carens - so now it's here with the Clavis.

Clavis features inverted L-shape LED DRLs along with three ice-cube LED headlamps, and the overall look of these turns out to be extremely beautiful and modern. There aren’t any connecting lights, but the diamond finish decor fools us into believing it.

If you’re a music file, and prefer high-quality sound over a bass-boosted sound - then the Bose 8 speakers will blow you away with their clearness. Clearly, this is one of the best systems in the competition.

Like every new car, Kia Carens Clavis too features a long single large panoramic display, which incorporates an infotainment screen and digital driver’s display, and this screen comes with OTA map and system updates. 

Kia has made the AC control panel multifunctional - its primary task is to adjust the AC settings, but with a tap of a button, it transforms into a control panel for the infotainment screen. So, say you're driving and don’t want to take your eyes off the road just to open an app - simply hit the swap switch and stay focused while still in control. It’s smart, intuitive, and adds a cool factor to the cabin tech

Kia has incorporated the Carens Clavis with a double D-cut steering wheel, the same we saw in the last launch of the Kia Syros. It is a two-spoke steering wheel, and the flat bottom of it offers more space for legs.

Front ventilation seat function is carried forward from Carens, and these seats are also the same as before. That said, this is one of the great features which comes in really handy in scorching heat.

Level 2 ADAS with 20 autonomous features - which is only available in the top spec variant - HTX+. Apart from ADAS, Carens Clavis also has 18 standard - active and passive safety features.

Air purifier with PM 2.5 filter is a very important feature that has become a must-have in places like Delhi NCR, as the AQI here remains above 300. The air purifier filters out the pollutants as much as possible and keeps the cabin pure.
