2022 Yamaha MT15 Facelift Launch In India Soon - Check All Details!

The 2022 Yamaha MT15 is one of the most loved entry-level performance-oriented bikes in the country and the brand is all set to launch the facelift of the bike soon. The new facelift model will be offered with a number of additional features that will further help the MT15 give strong competition to the rivals. Here are all the details that you want to know about the upcoming 2022 Yamaha MT15 facelift.

For starters, the new MT15 facelift will get additional features like Bluetooth-based connectivity features and a new digital instrument console. The same console was also seen in the recently launched R15 V4. The new instrument console gets features like gear position indicator, average speed information, coolant temperature, track/street mode, etc.

The Bluetooth connectivity helps the rider connect their smartphone using the Y-connect app and get information such as call alert, SMS, email notification, phone battery level, and app connectivity status. The smartphone app on the other hand lets the user check important information like fuel consumption tracker, last parking location, revs dashboard, malfunction notification, maintenance recommendations and ride analytics.

Having said this, the MT15 facelift will also get an upgraded suspension setup at the front and new USD forks at the front will now replace the standard telescopic forks. The rear suspension units remain the same as before. We are also expecting the bra\id to introduce dual-channel ABS. While the powertrain is expected to remain the same as before, the brand may introduce some styling updates.
