Hero Motocorp has launched the 2023 Super Splendor Xtec variant priced at Rs 83,368 (ex-showroom). The new Super Splendor Xtec is available in priced at Rs 83,368 and Rs 87,268 (ex-showroom), respectively, and come with drum brakes or disc brakes at the front. The new motorcycle has Bluetooth connectivity thanks to Hero's proprietary Xtec suite, as the name implies. More functions and colortones are now available with the Super Splendor Xtec.

2023 Hero Super Splendor Xtec - Design & Features

Hero's 125cc motorcycle now comes in a tech-savvy avatar called the Super Splendor Xtec. A 5-inch TFT digital instrument cluster that displays SMS and call alerts, trip metres, side stand warnings, low fuel warnings, and other information is now available. The motorcycle's hardware consists of telescopic front forks, telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers with a 5-step adjustment at the rear, 18-inch tubeless alloy wheels, 240mm disc/130mm drum brakes up front, and a 130mm drum brake down back.

The Super Splendor Xtec's new front design for 2023 includes an updated LED headlight assembly with separate low-beam and high-beam lighting. The centre of the headlamp assembly houses an LED DRL. The motorcycle's front visor and headlamp cowl have both been modified to give it a unique appearance. The turn indicators still have halogen bulbs. It features a simmer exhaust pipe that comes from the sides in contrast to the current generation. New aesthetics, vibrant colours, and 3D logos and branding are now present.

2023 Hero Super Splendor Xtec - Engine

The Hero Super Splendor has a 124.7cc engine with a maximum output of 10.7 bhp and 10.6 Nm. A 5-speed manual transmission is available with this engine. A fuel efficiency of 68 km/l is claimed by the brand.

Verdict: To fulfil the needs of modern clients, Hero upgraded the Super Splendor's technological capabilities. While the Super Splendor still lacks GPS functionality compared to its rivals, Hero has made substantial improvements to the Super Splendor in order to make it a more desirable product.
