Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Limited (HMSI) has expanded its premium motorcycle lineup with the launch of the 2025 Honda CB650R and CBR650R. The 2025 CB650R is launched at Rs 9.20 lakh (ex-showroom), and the CBR650R is priced at Rs 9.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The new CBR650R and CB650R get updated styling, features, and other elements. 2025 Honda CB650R
The 2025 Honda CB650R comes with a round LED headlamp, an exposed frame, and a sculpted fuel tank. The motorcycle boasts a neo-sports cafe design language. Moreover, the hardware of the motorcycle consists of Showa USD front forks and rear shock absorbers with preload adjustment. The braking duties on the CB650R are handled by a dual radial-mounted 310mm floating disc at the front and a 240mm single disc at the rear. On the features front, it gets an all-LED headlamp, dual-channel ABS, a 5-inch full-colour TFT display, and Honda Roadsync application compatibility. The CB650R will be available in two colour options Candy Chromosphere Red and Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic.
2025 Honda CBR650R
The fully-fired CBR650R comes with an aggressive and sporty design language. It is fitted with an inverted Showa 41mm separate function big-piston fork, radial 310mm floating front disc brake, dual-channel ABS, a 5.0-inch TFT colour display, and Honda Roadsync app compatibility. The brand has also added Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) that enhances traction and stability of the motorcycle. The CBR650R will be available in Grand Prix Red and Matt Gunpowder Black Metallic colours.

Honda CB650R & CBR650R Engine
Both the CB650R and CBR650R have a 649cc, liquid-cooled, inline-4-cylinder engine, delivering 93.8 bhp of maximum power and 63 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox paired with a slipper and assist clutch.

The launch of the 2025 Honda CB650R and CBR650R will appeal the premium and sports motorcycle enthusiasts. The brand has updated the motorcycles with new features and made them more feature loaded. The CBR650R offers a more aggressive design and the CB650R offers Neo Sports Cafe design. The Honda CBR650R competes with the Triumph Daytona 660.
