Hero has provided a combined braking system for better stopping power, enabling the bike to plunge linearly into the brakes. If Hero had offered front disc brakes as an additional, the braking could have been improved.

With the additional capabilities, the Hero Splendor Plus Xtec is now more expensive than its competitors. The cost of the Splendor Plus in its Xtec variation is Rs 76,346. (ex-showroom, Delhi). On the other side, competitors like the TVS Radeon are priced starting at Rs. 60,925. (ex-showroom).

Verdict

Hero Splendor is a market leader and continues to offer the greatest performance for daily riders. Although the bike has increased in price, the new features make it better and more tempting to customers. If you choose to purchase a 100cc bike, the engine is still a fantastic fuel-efficient option.
