This great initiative will not only boost the Hero's ambitious target of achieving 65 percent of share in the B2B market but it'll also help in women empowerment and creating more job opportunities among the industry itself. Hero aims to train the selected women to check the road readiness, the basic repairs, and the basic how-to knowledge required during the fleet operation. Also, Hero aims to provide reliable financial support to the women with no credit history with the assured banks. This will help Hero Electric to merge more women employees further.

On the other hand, Even Cargo is a start-up that aims at providing training to the women from marginalized communities for owning and riding a two-wheeler. This training helps these trained women to get recruited by the leading e-commerce operators for last-mile dispatch and delivery services. Till today, Even Cargo has successfully mobilized over 30,000 women riders out of which 900 have been trained and 300 are currently deployed in the major cities.
