The Honda India is all set to bring the second facelift of the current gen of City. The City has been a key product in the journey of Honda India. This facelift focuses more on uplifting the features and design of the City. Honda is also planning to launch the ZR-V beside City. Whats New in City

City is speculated to have updated front grille and bumper design along with tweaked headlamps & tail lamps. The new front will completely change how the sedan looks now. The design upgrade also includes the new alloy wheel design to enhance the overall looks.
The interior of City may have a list of features like larger infotainment screen with updated software, a fully digital instrument cluster is also expected. For front passenger convenience, it may have ventilated front seats and powered driver seat in the top-end. The features list can also have a 360-degree camera as optional and ADAS features for the safety of the passengers.
Citys Engine

The City may not have any sort of upgrade in engine trims. The same 1.5L i-VTEC petrol will be there, which produces a power of 121 HP. Also, the 1.5L strong hybrid engine option that has a power of 126 HP. No changes are expected in terms of transmission options as well. There will be the same manual & CVT options.
Citys Position
The price of City is expected to be around or remain close to the current version which is Rs. 12-20 Lakh (ex-showroom). There is no change in the rival list of the City as well. It still has Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Virtus and Skoda Slavia in the ring.
Honda ZR-V (All-new premium SUV)

Honda is also set to sell its premium SUV, ZR-V, in the Indian market as a CBU (fully imported model). This SUV will be positioned as a premium flagship SUV for Honda in India.
ZR-V Engine & Performance
The Honda ZR-V is expected to come to India as a premium hybrid SUV. It will likely be powered by a 2.0-litre petrol-hybrid engine, which is expected to produce around 180 hp in combined output. This setup will be paired with an e-CVT automatic transmission, focusing more on efficiency and smooth performance rather than outright sporty driving.
ZR-V Features

On the feature front, the ZR-V is expected to be well-loaded with modern tech and comfort equipment. It could get a large floating touchscreen infotainment system along with a fully digital drivers display. Honda is also likely to equip it with a comprehensive ADAS suite, including features like lane-keeping assist and adaptive cruise control. Verdict
The Honda City facelift strengthens its position as a well-rounded midsize sedan with smarter design tweaks and richer features, making it more competitive against newer rivals like the Verna and Virtus. While the powertrain remains unchanged, the added tech and comfort upgrades keep it relevant. The ZR-V, on the other hand, is a niche premium hybrid SUV, but its the City that continues to be Hondas volume-driving, value-focused core product.
