Honda Cars India Reports 24% Increase In Domestic Sales - Details!

Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL), a top carmaker in India, saw a monthly boost in domestic sales, hitting 8,730 unitsan impressive 24% growth compared to the same month last year. This means more people are choosing Honda cars, and that's a positive sign for the company.

Honda Cars India Reports Remarkable Growth

Let's talk about HCIL's export figures in Nov '23 - they soared to 3,161 units, showing an impressive 335% growth. Back in Nov '22, they sold 7,051 cars in India and exported 726 units. This means their international sales really took off!

Now, when we look at these numbers, it's like comparing day and night. They've tripled their exports, which is a huge deal. In November last year, it was more like a warm-up with 726 units sent abroad, and now it's like they've hit the turbo button. So, what's my take on this? Well, it seems like HCIL is really spreading its wings globally. The massive jump in exports tells me they've got something that people beyond our borders are loving.

Sharing thoughts on the November23 sales performance, Mr. Yuichi Murata, Director, Marketing and Sales, Honda Cars India Ltd said, Our product line-up saw a good surge in demand throughout the festive period. Our new SUV Honda Elevate has been well received by the market with very high customer consideration. We are confident to carry forward this growth momentum for the rest of the year.
