E3 Electric.Ai, a Bengaluru-based startup, has unveiled India's first-ever AI-powered electric scooter and a crossover delivery moped built on the same modular chassis and advanced AI technology. AI Powered E-Scooter
One is a family oriented scooter with futuristic design and other one is a practical - multi-purpose vehicle designed for delivery and logistics. Both of them are built on VOLTCORE Modular Powertrain & TRIAXISFRAME Platforms. This allows both vehicles to share components like chassis, portable batteries, and powertrain systems, reducing development time, BOM (Bill of Materials) and service costs significantly.

Both scooters come with 14-inch wheels and run on IntelliRideOS, which provides vehicle intelligence on the move and uses your mobile as a cluster dashboard through Trip Sense. They feature VoltPort portable fast-charging batteries and industry-first ErgoRide seats, designed to accommodate riders of all heights. Additionally, they include ParkTron for easier parking and Ride Mate - the first-ever child and pet cradle, another industry-first feature.

Verdict
This Bengaluru based startup has done what big OEMs are just testing, and this a proud moment for the Indian automotive sector as they are the first ever to do so. While currently in their testing phase, it will take time to fully develop and Electric.Ai is also supported by World Manufacturer Identifier (WMI) certification from SAE USA and BIS. This paves the way for certification, production, and rollout within this financial year.
