Extended Warranty On KTM Models - Details

To benefit from the extended warranty on their KTM model, owners simply need to visit an authorized KTM dealer with their two-wheeler and have it serviced. This also opens up the opportunity to potentially extend the official warranty period.

This extended warranty opportunity only applies to 2024 KTM LC8c models, such as the 790 Duke, 790 Adventure, 890 Adventure, 890 Adventure R, 890 Adventure R Rally, 890 SMT, and the new 990 Duke. For bikes equipped with the 2024 KTM LC8 engine, like the 1390 Super Duke R, 1390 Super Duke R EVO, 1290 Super Duke GT, 1290 Super Adventure S, and 1290 Super Adventure R, the warranty also applies.

KTM is also offering an extra 24 months of warranty on both KTM PowerParts and SpareParts for all street models, absolutely free. For customers with 2024 KTM LC8c models, if they get official services done within the initial 24-month warranty period, they can extend their coverage until the next service, up to a maximum of 4 years. Similarly, for 2024 KTM LC8-equipped bikes, if official services are performed within the first 24 months of warranty, the protection period extends from 2 to 3 years.

Extended Warranty On Husqvarna Models - Details

Husqvarna offers a warranty program for its owners, akin to KTM's setup. To prolong the warranty for Norden 901, Norden 901 Expedition, and Svartpilen 801 models, owners need to service their motorcycles at authorized Husqvarna Motorcycles dealerships. During the 2 year warranty period, if you get official services done, your warranty gets extended until the next service, up to a maximum of four years. The conditions for the extended warranty are exactly the same as those outlined in the initial manufacturers warranty agreement.

Furthermore, customers can also obtain an extended warranty period of 24 months on all street model spare parts and technical accessories, without incurring any additional charges. Even if Spare Parts and Technical Accessories are purchased from January 2024 onwards, a full 24-month warranty will still be provided, starting from the date of purchase.

In the event that the original owner decides to sell their motorcycle, the manufacturer's warranty will be transferred to the new owner. However, for the warranty to remain valid, the new owner must be registered on the official Husqvarna Motorcycles dealer platform, which can be done through any authorized dealer.
