2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 has been launched at Rs. 1.51 lakhs and it brings significant upgrades when compared to its predecessor. While there are both components and feature updates, let's look at what changes from the outgoing model. 1. USD Front Forks

One of the main highlights and upgrades with the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar N250 is the 37mm USD Front Forks. This is something that the riders have been asking for in the Pulsar N250 and it has finally been incorporated with the new iteration of the bike. The new unit is a 37mm USD fork sourced from Endurance and is expected to improve the ride and handling characteristics of the bike. Interestingly, you get the golden finish with Red and White color tone while the other color options get black-finished USD front forks.

2. New Fully Digital Bluetooth-Enabled Instrument Console

Keeping the Pulsar N250 updated with the current trend, it finally gets a fully digital instrument console that is Bluetooth-enabled. Previously, it came with a semi-digital console that also lacked any Bluetooth connectivity The display now supports turn-by-turn navigation, call and message notification, phone battery status, and more. This is the same unit currently employed with the Pulsar NS200 and the NS160.

3. Wider Rear Tyre

The tyre size on the Pulsar has been upgraded and the rear tyre is now wider, which will help in better handling of the bike. It now gets a 110/70-17 tyre size at the front while the rear size is now 140/70-17. It is now 10mm wider than before. Coupling the wider tyre and the USD forks, the ride quality and traction will have a positive effect. Meanwhile, it gets new petal disc brakes albeit with the same size as before.

4. ABS Ride Modes And Traction Control

The Pulsar N250 now comes with a Dual-channel ABS with ride modes namely- Rain, Road, and Off-road. The modes can be toggled from the switchgear at front, but notably, it cannot be switched offender any circumstances. The modes tweak the traction according to the demands of the riding conditions. On top of this, you also get a traction control system, which can be switched off in the off-road mode.

Verdict

The updated N250 is one big upgrade than the outgoing model. Even though it continues with the same engine, the componentry and feature updates are significant that redefines the N250 altogether. Adressing the demands of the changing landscape, this update will keep the buyers hooked to the Pulsar N250 with these fresh additions.
