As promised earlier a couple of months ago, Omega Seiki Mobility Stream electric three-wheeler is launched in India. OSM is a new EV player that is targeting the commercial vehicle segment globally. The Stream electric-three wheeler is a promising product which is now available pan India at Rs 3.40 Lakh.
Vishakhapatnam-based EV maker OSM is already active in the commercial EV market. The OSM M1KA is already on sale in the CV market; offering a potential rich emission-free truck option to the commercial fleet operators. The Stream e-three-wheeler intends to use the incentives provided by the government to help increase green mobility in the commercial sector.
Speaking of the newly launched Stream; it is equipped with some very promising & segment-first features. For beginners, it comes with a 10 kWh of battery pack that produces a massive 535 Nm of peak torque. This electric motor can also achieve a driving range of 110 km on a full charge.
OSM promises that the Stream three-wheeler increases the earning potential of up to 20-25 percent as compared to the ICE-powered competition. Additionally, this three-wheeler is equipped with a gradeability of 10.2 degrees, thus, making it easy to climb the steep slopes with the load.
For the customers who are afraid from the EV fire-related accidents, the Stream three-wheeler comes with a tried & tested IP65-rated battery pack. This battery pack & electric motor combination is dust & water-resistant. Hence, it improves tension-free usage for the customers.
OSM is using gear system to deliver the torque. It leads to the widespread of torque band & helps in easy maneuver over the tough road conditions. The ground clearance of 175 mm is nothing but a cherry over the cake for the Stream electric scooter. To charge the scooter, 16A off-board portable charger is provided.
It comes as a no big surprise that most commercial vehicles need financial services. No matter whether the new CV is an addition to a big fleet or it is going to be owned by an individual; finance remains the backbone of the CV sector. Understanding this well, OSM is providing the Stream e-three-wheeler with the 'Anglian Finvest' finance service. It is owned by the parent company Anglian & which will make sure that the new buyers can easily buy the Omega Seiki Mobility Stream.
