Bajaj Auto Ltd and Triumph Motorcycles celebrate the first anniversary of the launch of India-produced Speed and Scrambler 400x, which has sold more than 50,000 bikes in over 50 countries worldwide. The bikes are manufactured by Bajaj Auto in their new Chakan plant in Pune. To celebrate this milestone with customers and appreciate their strong acceptance of the new models, an anniversary offer of Rs. 10,000 off on the ex-showroom prices of Speed 400 and Scrambler 400x has been announced. Triumph Scrambler 400X

Following the partnership between Triumph Motorcycles and Bajaj Auto, the first made-in-India Triumph 400cc motorcycles  were unveiled on 27th June 2023 in London to a global audience. They were launched in India in July 2023 and received an overwhelming response, with 10,000 bookings within the first ten days. However, they have established themselves as a favourite among motorcycle enthusiasts. With a combination of unmatched performance, agile handling, and iconic British style, the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X have been globally praised by critics and customers alike.

1st Anniversary Offer for Triumph Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X

To celebrate the first-anniversary milestone, Triumph fans can now avail of a special discount of Rs. 10,000/- on the ex-showroom price of the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X. However, this offer will be valid until July 31st, 2024, across all Triumph dealerships. Speed 400 will now be available at Rs. 2.24 lacs and Scrambler 400 X at Rs. 2.54 lacs ex-showroom price (Delhi)

Network Expansion in India

The brand has expanded from 15 to 90+ showrooms and workshops. Since its launch, Bajaj Auto has significantly expanded its Triumph dealer network from 15 dealerships to more than 90 today. Triumph motorcycles are today available in over 70 cities making them more accessible to Indian consumers.

What Makes Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X Popular?

Triumph Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X are two of the most value-for-money offerings in the 400cc segment. The Triumph Speed 400cc is available in a single variant and 3 colour options. All in all, the Speed 400 sources its power from a 398.15cc BS6 engine that churns out 39.5 bhp of power and 37.5 Nm of torque. Apart from this, the bike has features such as the semi-digital instrument cluster, dual channel ABS, switchable traction control system and anti-theft immobiliser. The Triumph Speed 400 comes with a price tag of Rs. 2.33 lakh (ex-showroom). 

The Scrambler 400X is available in 1 variant and 3 colours. It sources power from the same 398.15cc engine and comes paired with a 6-speed transmission unit. Above all, the Scrambler 400X is an easy-to-handle motorcycle and it gets disc brakes at both ends. Additionally, it gets features such as an ABS, a ride-by-ride switchable traction control system and a digital analogue instrument cluster.
