Conversion of ICE Scooters To EV

Green Tiger Mobility offers ARAI-approved conversion solutions for ICE two-wheelers. The brand ensures hassle-free conversion that includes RTO approvals, insurance, and other regulatory requirements. The cost conversion starts at Rs 10,000 and customers can convert their vehicle with a small downpayment and through easy EMI options. The brand offers swappable battery technology with the retrofitted models and the customers can use Indofast's battery-swapping network to swap batteries.

Currently, the retrofitting solution solution is available for the top 2W scooter models, viz. Hero (Maestro & Pleasure), Honda (Activa, Aviator, Dio, and Cliq), Suzuki (Access & Swish), TVS (Jupiter & Wego), and Yamaha (Fascino). The brand is already offering the retrofitment services in Bengaluru and planning to launch the service in Delhi-NCR By May. Moreover, it will expand its network in rest of the country in the next 12-15 months.

The brand currently offers i-hybrid, EV with fixed battery, and EV with swappable battery conversions. The specifications of each conversion option are given below.

The procedure of conversion includes minimal steps. The rider needs to connect with the brand for inspection and after proper inspection. After passing the inspection stage, the experts start the conversion process and the last step is to get the vehicle registers with RTO. The conversion process takes 3 to 5 days. The brand offers a warranty of 1 year on the Motor and Controller and a warranty of 2 years on the batteries.
