Last updated on 3rd Nov'23: This neo-retro roadster, unveiled in 2023, boasts a robust design paying homage to the legendary XR1200. Its primary competitor, the 2024 KTM Duke 390, created quite a stir in India upon its Rs 3.10 launch, offering a choice of two stunning colour variants.

Harley-Davidson HD 400 Rivals: At its launch, this Harley- Hero JV bike will rival the likes of other 400 cc cruiser namely the Royal Enfield Hunter 350, Yezdi Roadster, Jawa 42 2.1 and the Honda CB350RS.

Harley-Davidson HD 400 Engine: As per the leaked images,there is an impression of the ike being christened HD4XX, which could mean that it is most likely to employ a 400cc engine unit. While no concrete power figures or engine options disclosed, the pictures hint at a single cylinder unit as of now.

Harley-Davidson HD 400 Expected Price: The expected price range of HD400 could be around Rs.2.6 lakhs upto Rs.3.00 lakhs.This is considering that it will be locally assembled and also aim at being their most affordable offering.

Harley-Davidson HD 400 Launch Timeline: It is expected to go on sale by the second half of this year and around September 2023.

Harley-Davidson HD 400 Features: Visible from the images, it gets upside down forks, 17 or 18 inch alloy wheels, disc brakes t either ends, fully digital rounded TFT instrument cluster with ample of ride info.Smartphone connectivity is expected as well, possibly as an option.
