Nissan is all set to launch its first sub-4m compact SUV, the Magnite, in the market. However, just ahead of the launch of the vehicle, the features list and the brochure of the car surfaced online. The car, which is in its last-leg before being launched, will be offered with a number of features and two engine options for the buyers to choose from. With this being said, the Magnite will rival against the likes of the cars like the Ford Ecosport, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Maruti Vitara Brezza, and the Mahindra XUV300. Nissan Magnite Vs Hyundai Venue

For starters, the Nissan Magnite will be 3994 mm long, 1758 mm wide and will measure 1572 mm in height. The Hyundai Venue on the other hand is marginally longer, wider and higher than the Magnite and measures at 3995 mm, 1770 mm, and 1590 mm respectively. Both these vehicles get an identical wheelbase of 2500 mm while the Magnite gets a ground clearance of 205 mm and is 15 mm more when compared to the Venue's 190mm. The boot space of the Venue is measured to be 350 litres. The Magnite on the other hand gets a boot space of 336 litres.

Moving on to the powertrain options, the Nissan Magnite will be powered by two engine options - a 1.0-L NA petrol engine and 1.0-L turbo petrol. Both the engine comes mated to a 5-speed MT while an optional CVT gearbox will also be available with the turbo petrol. The Hyundai Venue on the other hand gets a 1.2-L Kappa petrol engine, a 1.0-L Kappa turbo GDI engine and a 1.5-L CRDi engine.
