I purchased the Maruti Celerio in October 2019 and I am very happy with my car. I got the ZXi (O) top model of the Celerio with the manual gearbox. Till now, I have driven this car for nearly 8500 kilometres and I would share my ownership experience as pros and cons of the car as what I disliked and what I disliked as I have spend good time with the car and have been using it as my daily driver since the past 10 months. Pros - Space (The car is very spacious and even 3 people can sit at the rear seat), Features (I wanted a touchscreen in my car and it gets Smartplay Studio which is very good), next is the engine as it is refined, decently powerful and delivers very good mileage of around 16-18 kmpl in the city and 22-23 kmpl on highways. Now, Cons – doesn’t feel safe at high-speeds, design isn’t too impressive and Maruti should have given adjustable headrests. Overall, I am very happy with it.

Hi, I own a Celerio diesel. I was one of the first customers of the Celerio diesel in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh when it was launched in 2015. I purchased the Celerio diesel in September 2015. I was in the market looking for an affordable diesel car and then Maruti launched the Celerio with diesel and I purchased it as it created a lot of hype. I would say I am okay okay with this car. The diesel engine delivers okayish performance, the fuel-efficiency is extremely good but it lacks refinement. The diesel engine is very noisy and it filters inside the cabin plus we can only drive it up to 80 kmph post that it feels unsafe and out of breath. I would say for the price it was okay at that time and kudos to Maruti for making smallest diesel engine in the world but now I am planning to sell it and upgrade to Vitara Brezza or may be the new S-Cross Petrol.

I am an owner of the Maruti Suzuki Celerio AMT. I bought this car soon after it was launched. It was my first car and so I still remember I got it delivered on 16th April 2014. Our family wanted an easy to drive car as the traffic condition is very poor in New Delhi and so we got the new Celerio AMT. I wanted to get the top model but since AMT was not available with top model, so I bought the VXi trim. Till now, I have driven this car for around 62,000 kilometres and I am still happy with it. The car doesn’t create any problems but it feels dated but still I won’t sell it as it was my first car. The Celerio lacks features and the AMT gives jerky feel, apart from this all good. I also own another Maruti and that’s the S-Cross 1.6 diesel.

I have recently purchased the new Celerio BS6 S-CNG model. I got my car delivered on 29th June 2020. I live in Delhi and have to travel a lot in the NCR area and I wanted an economical car and so I got the Celerio CNG. Till now, I have driven my car for just 500 kilometres and so I can’t share detailed ownership experience but my initial imressions are very good. I have purchased the VXi (O) variant and it is fairly loaded with features but misses on a touchscreen. What I love about the CNG model is that it is bi-fuel and so whenever I wish I can switch from CNG to petrol and vice-versa. Once, I clock 5k kilometres, I will share my detailed ownership review.
