Last Updated on 19th Oct'23 : The Maruti Invicto, formerly known as the Hycross, made its debut with a starting price of Rs. 24.79 lakhs (ex-showroom). It's offered in two variants, Zeta Plus and Alpha Plus. Notably, the Maruti Invicto Zeta variant now boasts enhanced safety features, a recent addition by Maruti.

Invicto Prices: The prices of the Maruti Suzuki Invicto range from Rs 24.79 lakh to Rs 28.42 lakh (ex-showroom). The Invicto MPV is available in two trims: Zeta+ and Alpha+.

Interior: The Invicto is a subcompact SUV basеd on thе Toyota Innova Hycross but with some distinctive features. The interior of the Invicto is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Thе Invicto has an all-black cabin with champagnе-gold accеnts on thе doors, cеntrе consolе, and AC vеnts. The dashboard has a large touchscreen infotainment systеm with Applе CarPlay and Android Auto connеctivity, a digital instrument cluster, and a multi-function stееring whееl. Thе Invicto also has a sunroof, vеntilatеd sеats, dual-zonе climatе control, and a 360-dеgrее camеra. Thе Invicto offers 7- and 8-seat configurations with leather upholstery and adjustable headrests. Invicto is a stylish and practical SUV that can catеr to thе nееds of a large family. 

Performance: The Invicto showcases a robust hybrid powertrain configuration, comprising a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine matched with an electric motor. Together, they deliver a combined power output of 184hp and are coupled with an e-CVT (electric continuously variable transmission). Notably, the Invicto is the first Maruti Suzuki model to be exclusively offered as a hybrid and to feature automatic transmission as the sole option. Being a strong hybrid, it also provides an electric-only mode.

Mileage: The claimed mileage figures for the S-Presso Petrol Manual is 24.76 Kmpl, while for the Automatic variant, it is 25.3 Kmpl. For the CNG variant, the claimed mileage is 32.73 Km/Kg.

Dimension: The Maruti Suzuki Invicto boasts a length of 4,755mm, a width of 1,850mm, and a height of 1,795mm, with a wheelbase of 2,850mm.

Safety: When it comes to safety, the Invicto MPV prioritizes the well-being of its occupants by incorporating standard features such as front and rear parking sensors, an electric parking brake, a 360-degree camera, and six airbags.

Colours: The Invicto comes in 4 single-tone colours namely Nexa Blue, Stellar Bronze, Majestic Silver and Mystic White

Maruti Invicto vs Mahindra XUV700

The Invicto is in direct competition with certain variants of the Mahindra XUV700 when it comes to pricing. The Mahindra XUV700 boasts an extensive array of features and provides two engine choices, petrol and diesel. Additionally, the XUV700 offers the SUV experience and an AWD drivetrain option, enhancing its capability. While the Invicto provides a more comfortable cabin than the XUV700, the latter holds an advantage with multiple engine options and a lower starting price, giving it an edge over the Invicto.

Maruti Invicto vs Toyota Innova Hycross 

The Maruti Suzuki Invicto and the Toyota Innova Hycross, though built on the same platform, possess distinct characteristics. The Innova Hycross sets itself apart with its option of a non-hybrid petrol engine, enhanced features like ADAS, a premium sound system, Ottoman seats, and a sleeker design. While both vehicles share the same hybrid engine, the Hycross offers a wider range of variants, appealing to a diverse audience. Conversely, the Maruti Suzuki Invicto stands out for its lower price point and shorter waiting period compared to the Hycross.
