2023 Kawasaki Z900RS

The Z900RS has neo-retro styling, including a circular headlamp, a dual-analogue instrument cluster with a small LCD, and spoked alloy wheels. The motorcycle has a neo-retro design despite being rather modern. The Z900 also includes a teardrop fuel tank and compact tail lamp, and other retro design elements. The Z900-B1, which was introduced in 1977, served as inspiration for the motorcycle's design. The brand claims that the Kawasaki design team masterfully struck a delicate balance between the old and the modern, retro and current, with numerous smart Z references.

The bike's components include a lightweight trellis frame, wheels that are 17 inches in diameter, an inverted front fork, and horizontal back-link rear suspension. At the front, there are two semi-floating 300 mm discs, and at the back, there is just one 250 mm disc. The motorcycle weights 215 kg and has a fuel capacity of 17 litres. It has a Kawasaki traction control system, all-LED lighting, an assist and slipper clutch, among other features.

Verdict: The Kawasaki Z900RS is the ideal combination of a modern and retro motorcycle. It has all the modern features while still having a retro look. The motorcycle's premium neo-retro appearance will be able to draw in new buyers.
