5000 units of India's Fastest Electric Bikes Sold Out in Just 4 Days - Kabira E-Bikes

Electric Vehicles have started becoming very popular in the Indian market, especially two-wheeler ones. Nowadays, we get to see a lot of electric two-wheelers in India, be it a gearless scooter or a motorcycle. Most of those EVs are from the house of start-ups and recently, Kabira Mobility, a Goa-based start-up launched two electric motorcycles in India. Now, the company has announced that 5000 units of Kabira Electric Bike have been sold out in just 4 days. Here, we have some more details about the new E-Bikes of Kabira.

So, Kabira Mobility is basically a Goa-based start-up and the company has recently launched two new electric motorcycles in the Indian market. The new electric bikes are Kabira KM 3000 and KM 4000. While the Kabira KM 3000 is a fully-faired sports bike, the KM 4000 is a naked streetfighter. Also, it is worth mentioning that the latter is claimed to be India's fastest electric motorcycle. Talking about the specs of these E-Bikes, so the KM 3000 gets an electric motor with a peak power output of 6 kW and the KM 4000's electric motor has a peak power output of 8 kW. The motor is IP 67 certified.

The KM 3000 does 0-40 kmph in 3.3 seconds while the KM 4000 can do 0-40 kmph in just 3.1 seconds. Also, the top speed of KM 3000 is 100 kmph while the top speed of KM 4000 is 120 kmph, thus India's fastest E-Bike. The KM 3000 gets a 4 kWh Li-ion battery while the KM 4000 gets a 4.5 kWh Li-ion battery and the battery is IP 65 certified. The Kabira KM 4000 is claimed to offer a range of 150 kms in Eco mode and 90 kms in the Sport mode. The KM 3000, on the other hand, is claimed to deliver a range of 120 kms in Eco mode and 60 kms in the Sport mode. These electric bikes can be charged in two modes. The Eco mode takes 6 hours and 30 minutes to fully charge it and the Boost mode can charge the 80 per cent battery in just 50 minutes.

Lastly, talking about the price of the new Kabira Electric Bike. So, the new Kabira KM 3000 is priced at Rs. 1,26,990, whereas the KM 4000 is priced at Rs 1,36,990. All the prices stick to Ex-showroom, Goa. They are currently available in nine cities - Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Goa, and Dharwad.
