BMW Motorrad India has rolled out major price cuts on two of its popular models, the BMW G 310 RR sportbike and the C 400 GT maxi-scooter, following the implementation of GST 2.0. BMW C 400 GT Gets Biggest Drop- Now At Rs. 10.83 lakh

The BMW C 400 GT, one of India's most premium touring scooters, has seen the largest price correction. Previously priced at Rs. 11.75 lakh, it now costs Rs. 10.83 lakh (ex-showroom), a massive cut of Rs. 92,000. The scooter continues unchanged mechanically, powered by a 350 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine producing 33.5 bhp at 7,500 rpm and 35 Nm at 5,750 rpm, paired with a CVT transmission. With a kerb weight of 214 kg and a 12.8-litre fuel tank, the C 400 GT is designed for long-distance comfort.
Key equipment includes a 10.25-inch TFT display with navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, USB-C charging, dual front discs with ABS Pro, Dynamic Traction Control, and an adjustable windscreen. For 2025, BMW also introduced new GT graphics, gold alloy wheels, and increased storage space, up to 37.6 litres under the seat and 4.5 litres in the front apron compartment.
BMW G 310 RR Becomes More Accessible- Now At Rs. 2.81 lakh

The BMW G 310 RR, the brand's most affordable fully-faired motorcycle in India, also benefits from GST 2.0. Its standard variant, earlier priced at Rs. 3.05 lakh, is now available at Rs. 2.81 lakh (ex-showroom), a reduction of Rs. 24,000. Developed in collaboration with TVS, the bike is powered by a 312 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, making 34 PS at 9,700 rpm and 27.3 Nm at 7,700 rpm, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
As for the features, it includes ride-by-wire throttle, four riding modes, dual-channel ABS, full-LED lighting, a colour TFT display, and adjustable suspension. With its revised pricing, the G 310 RR now sits more competitively in the sub Rs. 3 lakh segment, where it takes on the KTM RC 390 and TVS Apache RR 310.

Both models continue unchanged in terms of performance and features, but the new price tags enhance their value-for-money appeal. BMW's decision aligns with GST 2.0's intent to make sub-350 cc premium motorcycles and scooters more accessible, particularly in a festive season that already drives higher demand.
