There are a lot of modification examples of converting a boring ride into a showstopper. We have a brand called "DC Design" which specialises in this trade of work. What we have today is a Force Traveller modified into a lovely luxury lounge on wheels. The Traveller has been modified from the front to the back and interiors have got a complete overhaul. You can't even guess it to be a Traveller while looking it from inside. Let's see what this modified Force Traveller has on offer and can you get one for yourself.

The exteriors of the Force Traveller has got extensive body kit and the nasty glasses have been replaced with flush-fitting glasses. The front gets a big grille with brushed chrome elements, flanked with LED headlights. The bumper has been redesigned and gets LED fog lamps as well. The front doors have been redesigned and ORVMs are replaced with digital ORVMs ( You there Audi E-Tron?)

The side profile is taller than before and feels much improved over the stock version. The wheels arches have been flared but the pity is that the tyres are still stock and seem minuscule on this gargantuan. The side glasses which sport the sliding mechanism have been replaced with air-tight flush-fitted glasses. The rear overhang of this Force Traveller luxury lounge has been extended to accommodate the lounge seats. The rear profile looks very good in the night thanks to the aftermarket LED taillights with turn indicators.

Moving into the highlight which is the interiors, we have lounge seats, small bedroom, entertainment screens and aeroplane-style toilet. All the customisations sound very tempting and it is indeed a house on wheels. For easy entry and exit, this one gets a new door on the left-hand side. The driver's cabin is separated from the rear. The dashboard and driver's amenities are the same as before but as we told earlier, it offers reverse parking camera and screens for ORVMs.

Stepping in from the entry gate, you are greeted with reworked ceiling and floor. The empty spaces are converted into practical storage spaces. To the extreme rear, we have parallel running sofa seats and a television. The sofa-cum-bed can be operated with a tablet and also offers electric coffee table. To the front, we have a small-size bed with leather headrest and LED lighting. As the owner will be travelling for days and nights, we have an aeroplane-styled toilet, fridge and other amenities. To improve the overall ambience of the interiors, we have ambient lights, LED lighting, ceiling decorations and much more. To keep the cabin cool, we have dual AC with roof-mounted vents.

At the moment, we don't have only specs of the engine. The engine is expected to remain stock and also no big changes to the powertrain are expected. This van may struggle to lug all the additional weight it has gained. The Saboo brothers have named this Force Traveller "Finezta" and the expected modification is 25 - 30 lakh, which can be altered in respect to the number of modifications.
