Hero Xpulse 421 Rendered Imagined Based On Design Patent

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Hero Xpulse 421 imagined.
  • Xpulse 421 will most likely use the same frame as the Xpulse 210.
  • Power figures expectations - 44 bhp and 40 Nm of torque.

Hero MotoCorp, the largest two-wheeler manufacturer by volume, has had an incredible year so far. First, they garnered countless accolades at Auto Expo 2025, with the launches of the Hero Xpulse 210, Xtreme 250R, Xoom 125, and 160 maxi scooters. In the coming months, they might shake the market again with the Xpulse 421, a full-blown adventure motorcycle, competing neck and neck with the KTM 390 Adventure and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.

Its design was patented last year around October, and based on that, its production-ready rendered images have appeared on the web. What do they say? Let's learn more about it below. In the meantime, make sure to join the 91Wheels Whatsapp Channel to never miss out on automotive updates.

Hero Xpulse 421

This beast of a motorcycle doesn't resemble the Xpulse 210 at all, and the overall design language is new. As per the rendered images, the headlight is in a curvaceous rectangular shape, and the windshield is placed at an 85-degree angle, being quite large. From the sides, it appears jacked up, fully reflecting the engine's cubic capacities, and features a single-seat setup. Moreover, the grab handle is massive, extending beyond the tail-light area, and even in these rendered images, it feels sturdier.

Now, the suspension responsibilities will be handled by a USD front fork and an adjustable monoshock at the rear. Talking about spoke wheels, there will be a 21-inch at the front and a 18-inch at the rear, with dual-channel ABS for safety, for sure. The semi-faring design gives it a tough-boy attitude, which is a positive note, and it also looks modern.

About features, like the Xpulse 210, this one will also have the 4.2-inch TFT display, with all the wireless connectivity features, ABS modes, cruise control, and a quick shifter, we believe. Lights, no brainer, will be all LED. Lastly, the exhaust, just like its 210 counterpart, will be positioned on the other half of the body, on the right side, so that water doesn't get inside the exhaust when crossing water-filled areas. Now, the biggest talking point about this motorcycle: the 421cc single-cylinder DOHC 4-valve, which is expected to produce no less than 44 bhp and 40 Nm of torque, will make this bike effortless to go anywhere with. Last thing, the gearbox would be 6-speed.

More information will be shared as further proceedings are made. Till then, stay close with 91Wheels.

Verdict

Hero MotoCorp is aiming for the stars, with products in almost every range, providing top-notch performance powered by refined engines and class-leading features. There is nothing that can stop this manufacturer from making waves globally now. That said, the Xpulse 421, still in production, will create a ruckus in the sales of other adventure motorcycles, as this one looks so promising and will come with a 421cc engine.
