Air Liquide is the manufacturer of ICU ventilators and other medical equipment. Hyundai and Air Liquide will identify alternative suppliers for ventilator parts. Their aim is to enhance the production of ventilators for Tamil Nadu and other states. Hyundai India and Air Liquide have promised to produce 1000 ventilators in phase 1 of production. This production will boost medical services and help to treat the patients better.

A ventilator is a piece of medical equipment that takes over the work of breathing of the patient if it is difficult to do so naturally.
