Mahindra Launches New Guarantee Scheme For Entire Bus, Truck Range

This disruptive customer value proposition will have Ajay Devgn, as its face value. Mahindra believes this will help in its journey to become the formidable player in the larger CV segment.

Mahindra's Truck and Bus Division (MTB) has updated the Mahindra guarantee scheme on all models in its HCV, ICV, & LCV Truck range. Aside from the general service guarantee scheme - "Back on Road" in 48 hours or get Rs. 1000 per day, and 36 Hours Turnaround Time on Dealership workshop or Rs. 3,000 per day. MTB wants to prove that its truck has the highest mileage amongst its competition. This claim will be further ensured by the glamourous image and assuring voice of Ajay Devgn.

This new "Get Highest Mileage or Give Truck Back" guarantee service will be available across all 90 3S dealerships, and 210 authorized service centres, in India. It will also extend to all 1,600 spare service parts retail outlets, and 34 "strategically located" M Parts Plazas, all in India.

Currently, MTB's line-up consists of the Blazo X (HCV truck), FURIO (Intermediary truck), and the FURIO7 and JAYO (LCV trucks). The engines featured in this range include the acclaimed 7.2-litre mPower Engine for the HCV trucks. The intermediary truck (ILCV) gets the mDi Tech Engine FuelSmart Technology, Mild EGR with proven Bosch After Treatment System, along with iMAXX Telematics solution, that all work together to return the highest mileage figure possible.

Mr. Veejay Nakra, Chief Executive Officer, Automotive Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, believes that this BS6 range of trucks is ready to fight the rising fuel costs, and the guarantee scheme will challenge their self, to provide the best results. All our new introductions ever since i.e., BLAZO X, FURIO ICV range and FURIO 7 have delivered higher fuel efficiency, which is the outcome of Mahindras superior technological prowess rooted into a deep understanding of the Indian customer," reminded Jalaj Gupta, Business Head, Commercial Vehicles, Business Unit, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited.
