Maruti Suzuki calls this new online initiative 'Phygital' sales where buyers can physically access the genuine accessories of their cars by visiting the digital online store.
In a recent press release, Maruti Suzuki elaborated that their inspiration is the new generation of customers who have profoundly shifted to online shopping, especially after the pandemic has hit the world. This online shopping trend has opened the gates for making the products available online to customers hence reducing the pain and effort of both the manufacturer and consumers as well as enhancing the buying experience.
Maruti says that for any customer who wants to order their choice of genuine accessories from a variety of 2,000 different available accessories; one can visit the MGA online portal and order the desired parts with 3 easy steps. All a customer needs to do is visit the website of MGA (Maruti Genuine Accessories) and follow three easy steps Browse -> Add to Cart -> Order, to order the desired part.
Maruti claims that all the accessories have been thoughtfully designed and are of the best quality, fit, and finish for the various products. Customers can also choose any type of online payment method as they wish to while checking out with their orders on the MGA website.

These ordered accessories shall be delivered at the doorstep of customers with the option of right to fight aftermarket or Maruti Suzuki can also provide the technician at an added cost to fit the accessories at the doorstep of customers.
