Porsche India has launched the faster and meaner Turbo S variant of the 911 in the Indian market and it costs a whopping Rs 3.08 crores. Powering this new Porsche is a 3.8-litre 6-cylinder horizontally-opposed twin-turbo engine which throws out a staggering 640 Hp!

Porsche Turbo S is the faster and meaner incarnation of the Carrera S and 4S. It produces 70 Hp and 50 Nm of torque more than the predecessor. It sports the typical silhouette of the Porshe 911 and the performance is at its best. The exterior features rounded LED headlights, bigger air intakes, 20" front and 21" rear alloy wheels, fixed spoiler, dual exhaust pipes and connected LED taillights.

The interior features a big 10.9-inch touchscreen display with Android Auto and Apple Car Play. The digital dials feature an analogue tachometer in the middle like the old-school 911s and two separate displays for the speedometer and other modes. The steering sports media controls, paddle shifters and drive select.

Talking about the engine, the Porsche 911 Turbo S gets an updated and more powerful 3.8-litre flat-six twin-turbo petrol engine churning out 640 Hp and 800 Nm of torque mated to an 8-speed PDK gearbox. With Sports Crono package, It sprints from zero to a ton in just 2.7 seconds and zero to 200 km/h in 8.9 seconds. It guzzles 98 octane fuel and touches 330 km/h max.

The Porsche 911 Turbo S starts at Rs 3.08 crores without any options. It is around 1.45 crores expensive than the Carrera S. The Turbo S is open for orders and one can contact any Porsche dealership to order this brilliant machine.
