Royal Enfield Classic 650 is the next big addition to the 650cc lineup by the company. The upcoming model has been spotted testing inside Chennai with a pillion onboard. Royal Enfield Classic 650: Design, Features, Price, Launch Date

As visible in the spy photos, the test mule looks production-ready. The design looks similar to the Classic 350 but the dimensions are bigger. Moreover, the highlights include a retro design, a tear-shaped fuel tank, spoke rims, dual chrome exhaust cans, and a round LED headlight with tiger pilot lamps.

Feature-wise, we expect that it'll get a semi-digital instrument console similar to the Super Meteor 650. However, no close-up shots of it are available. The spy pics show halogen turn indicators and an LED taillight similar to the Classic 350. A USB charger and Bluetooth connectivity can be expected as well.

While the engine will be the same 650cc unit as seen on the other models, it'll be re-tuned as per the weight and dimensional changes. The gear ratios will also be different. The hardware on the Classic 650 will include telescopic front suspension, dual shockers at the rear, spoke tims, disc brakes, dual-channel ABS, slipper clutch, etc.

Currently, there is no information revealed about it from the officials. But, some online reports suggest that it can make a possible debut before the year's end. This means the possibility of it launching in India is around late 2024 or early 2025. Pricing will be higher than the Interceptor 650 but lower than the Super Meteor 650.
