Skoda Kushaq Facelift Spied
Skoda Kushaq facelift has been spied testing once again, but this time the test mule showcased a reworked roof section that clearly houses a large panoramic glass panel. This is a major upgrade over the current model's compact single-pane unit and will instantly boost cabin brightness and perceived premiumness. Beyond the sunroof, the test mule also hints at updated lighting elements, tweaked body panels, and a few new sensors, suggesting Skoda is preparing a tech-forward upgrade. Meanwhile, the overall shape and stance remain the same. At the rear, the Kushaq appears to feature slimmer tail lamps that may be connected by an LED light bar, along with a subtly reshaped bumper.
Interiors
Although interior spy shots are scarce, the facelifted Kushaq is expected to see notable improvements in features and cabin quality. Updates could include new dashboard trims and refreshed upholstery, along with improved infotainment software. Skoda is also likely to introduce Level 2 ADAS functions such as adaptive cruise control, lane assist, and forward collision warning, complemented by a 360-degree camera system to aid city driving. Powertrains
Skoda is unlikely to make any big mechanical changes with this facelift. The Kushaq is expected to continue with its current petrol engine lineup: 1.0-litre turbo petrol and a 1.5-litre turbo petrol unit. Notably, the gearbox options include a 6-speed manual and, 6-speed torque converter with the 1.0-litre unit and a 7-speed DSG with the 1.5-litre unit.
